Chargebee price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Chargebee pricing lists Billing Starter at $0 for the first about $250K cumulative billing (then about 0.75%), and Performance about $599/month equivalent ($7,188/year with annual commitment) covering up to about $100K/month billing before the same overage. Enterprise is custom. Cancel in Settings → Billing (Chargebee Docs).
Growth/Receivables add-ons are separate. Pausing checkouts does not cancel the platform plan.

How to cancel Chargebee
In Settings billing
- Sign in to the Chargebee admin as the owner.
- Open Settings → Billing (or Account → Subscription).
- Cancel Performance / close the site and confirm.
- Export customers and invoices first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled / Starter ending.
- No new Chargebee platform charge posts after that.

- Only paused one checkout. Platform plan renews.
- Left Receivables add-ons on. Separate fees.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
