Export company file / reports before you lose access. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.

How to cancel QuickBooks Online
In Billing & Subscription
- Sign in as the primary admin.
- Open Gear → Account and Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Export reports and a company backup first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending after the period.
- No new QuickBooks Online charge posts after that.
