Google renamed Google One AI Premium to Google AI Plus. Your bill may still say Google One. Cancel in Google One settings (also reachable from Gemini > Manage subscription).

How to cancel Google One / Google AI

On a computer

1. Go to Google One and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Cancel membership, then confirm Cancel membership.
4. Save the confirmation. Benefits last until the end of the billing cycle.

From Gemini

1. Go to gemini.google.com.
2. Open Settings & help > Manage subscription (opens Google One).
3. Select Cancel membership and confirm.

If Apple bills you

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Google One.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.

If Google Play bills you

1. On Android, open Subscriptions in Google Play (same Google Account that has the subscription).
2. Select Google One.
3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
4. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the Play subscription.

How to confirm it worked

You're done when:

• Google One shows a confirmation that the subscription is cancelled.
• Future payments stop, and benefits end at the close of the billing cycle (unless Metro by T-Mobile sponsored).

Common problems

• You are over 15 GB when benefits end. Gmail may stop sending/receiving; Drive and Photos block new uploads until you free space (Google One Help).
• Pixel Pass. You must cancel Pixel Pass to end the included Google One membership.
• Family member, not manager. Leave the family group or ask the manager to cancel / stop sharing.
• You expected a refund. Google One Help: storage plan purchases are non-refundable in most countries; App Store / Play have their own refund tools.

Not verified - left out: student offer end dates beyond what the plans page states today; every country-specific YouTube Premium Lite inclusion.

Storage warning

When the paid plan ends you return to 15 GB shared across Gmail, Drive and Photos. Over that limit, Google One Help lists sending/receiving blocks in Gmail and upload blocks in Drive/Photos. Clean up before the cycle ends (Google One Help).

AI Premium renamed

Google's plans page says the Google AI Premium plan was renamed Google AI Plus, with the same class of benefits (Gemini app, Notebook, storage) (plans page).

Refunds

Google One Help: in most countries storage plan purchases are non-refundable; you keep the storage for the paid length even after you cancel. Play and App Store purchases use those stores' refund tools.
