In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Xero US pricing lists Early at $27/month, Growing at $59/month, and Established at $97/month per organization (excl. tax/add-ons). Cancel in organization Settings → Subscription (Xero Central).
Export reports and bank feeds before you lose access. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Subscriber / advisor with billing access required. Downgrades and cancels usually apply at period end - Confirm Central.

How to cancel Xero
In Subscription settings
- Sign in at login.xero.com with billing access.
- Open the organization → Settings → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Export chart of accounts, invoices, and reports first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending after the period.
- No new Xero organization charge posts after that.

- Only removed one user. Org subscription continues.
- Left payroll add-on on. Extra fees possible.
- Advisor canceled the wrong org. Check org switcher.
