In the US (as of 2026-10-18), FreshBooks pricing lists Lite at $23/month, Plus at $43/month, and Premium at $70/month (yearly about 10% off). Promos can temporarily lower the first months. Cancel in Profile → Billing and Upgrade (FreshBooks Support).
Export invoices/clients before you lose access. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Account admin / billing owner required. 30-day money-back often advertised - Confirm terms.

How to cancel FreshBooks
In Billing and Upgrade
- Sign in at my.freshbooks.com as the admin.
- Open Profile → Billing and Upgrade.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export clients, invoices, and reports first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending after the period.
- No new FreshBooks charge posts after that.
