Wave price (October 2026) and how to cancel

In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Wave pricing lists Starter free and Pro $19 USD/month or $190 USD/year (CAD higher — Confirm). Advisors packages start higher. Cancel Pro: Business settings → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription (Cancel a Pro or Receipts Plan subscription).
Deleting an invoice does not cancel Pro.
Mobile IAP cancel in Apple/Google. Pro is per business profile.

Only use the iPhone steps if you subscribed through the App Store (the charge on your statement says APPLE.COM/BILL). Only use the Android steps if you pay through Google Play (the charge says GOOGLE *service name). Cancel takes effect end of billing period.

How to cancel Wave Pro
Web subscription
- Sign in at Wave → Business settings.
- Open Manage Subscriptions.
- Choose Manage subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- Keep Pro features until period end.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Wave.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Wave.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled ending this cycle.
- Account returns to Starter; no new Wave Pro charge.

Common problems
- Only deleted invoices. Pro renews.
- Canceled wrong business profile. Other Pro seats continue.
- Canceled web but paid via Apple. IAP continues.
- Confused Expensify / Xero invoice. Different vendors.
