Expensify price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Expensify pricing / Help commonly lists Collect ~$5 per member/month (pay-per-use) and Control from about $9/member/month with eligible Card usage or ~$18/member/month annual class (pay-per-use higher — Confirm live). Workspace owner: Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription (Cancel an Annual Subscription).
Deleting an expense does not stop workspace billing.
Annual cancel is often a *request* (auto-approve if billed once + no balance). Pay-per-use: delete workspace to stop charges.

How to cancel Expensify
Annual subscription
- As Workspace owner, open Account → Subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription and submit the reason.
- If approved, Annual ends; workspace may continue on pay-per-use.
- To stop all charges, delete the workspace after settling the current month.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Annual shows canceled (or request approved) and/or workspace deleted.
- No new Expensify charge posts for members.

Common problems
- Only removed members mid-month. Max/usage billing rules may still apply.
- Not Workspace owner. Cancel missing.
- Annual past first bill. Request may be denied until term end.
