In the US (as of 2026-10-18), NocoDB pricing lists Free at $0, Plus at $12/editor/month annual ($15 monthly), Business at $24/$30, and Scale at $45/$54 (often 3-editor minimum). Cancel in NocoDB Cloud → Account / Billing (NocoDB Docs).
Self-hosted OSS has no Cloud seat bill. Deleting a table does not cancel editor seats.
Workspace owner required. Billing is per editor seat.

How to cancel NocoDB Cloud
In Cloud billing
- Sign in as the owner.
- Open Account → Billing.
- Cancel Plus/Business/Scale or remove editors and confirm.
- Export bases; delete unused workspaces.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new NocoDB Cloud charge posts after that.

- Only deleted a table. Seats renew.
