Notion plans and Notion AI: price and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Notion lists Plus at $10 per member / month and Business at $20 per member / month (Free is $0; Enterprise is custom) on notion.com/pricing. To cancel a paid plan, on desktop/web go to Settings → Billing → Change plan, pick Free (or a lower plan), Continue, then Downgrade (Notion Help: Change your plan; Downgrading).
After you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing cycle. Notion AI on Free/Plus is a limited trial; full AI features need Business or higher.
Plans bill per workspace. Only a workspace owner/billing admin can change the plan on desktop or web. Mobile plan changes are limited.

How to cancel or downgrade Notion
On desktop or web
- In the left sidebar, open Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Select the plan you want (usually Free), then click Continue.
- Provide feedback if asked, then click Downgrade.
- Confirm the date your current paid plan ends.
If you bought Plus on iPhone or Android (one member)
- Cancel in Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions for that Notion purchase.
- Notion Help: Apple App Store issues (including cancel/refund) go through Apple.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows the downgrade confirmation and the date the current plan ends.
- You still have paid features until that date.
- You are not charged for the paid plan on the next cycle.

Common problems
- Tried to cancel on mobile for a team workspace. Notion Help: change plans on desktop/web (Change your plan).
- Not the workspace owner. Ask the owner, or use Settings → Requests if requests are enabled.
- Lost AI after downgrade. Free/Plus only include a limited Notion AI trial; Business/Enterprise include full AI access per Notion’s plan docs.
