Airtable price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Airtable's pricing page lists Team at $20/user/month billed annually (about $24 monthly) and Business at $45/user/month billed annually (about $54 monthly). Free remains available. Cancel paid billing by downgrading the workspace to Free in workspace settings / admin Billing (Airtable Help: change plan).
Paid features continue through the current billing cycle. Deleting the app does not cancel. Read-only collaborators are not billed on Team/Business.
Downgrade is the cancel path - you keep the account and Free limits.

How to cancel Airtable
In Airtable workspace settings
- Sign in at airtable.com.
- Open the paid workspace → Workspace settings / admin Billing.
- Choose Change plan / Downgrade → Free and confirm.
- Note the date paid features end.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Workspace plan shows Free after the current cycle (or scheduled downgrade).
- No new Airtable Team/Business charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only removed yourself as a collaborator. Workspace owner may still be billed.
- Deleted bases expecting a refund. Downgrade timing rules apply.
- Confused account delete with plan cancel. Deleting the account is separate and destructive.
- Only signed out of the app. Billing continues.
