In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Iterable does not publish a self-serve price menu — fees are quote-based on contracted users/messages (buyer medians often mid–five figures — Confirm). Marketplace listings sometimes show example yearly bundles. Cancel or non-renew through your Iterable CSM / MSA (Iterable Support).
Stopping a journey does not end the platform fee.
Billing admin / CSM required. Confirm notice period.

- Export templates/users; confirm final invoice.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- CSM confirms the end date.
- No new Iterable charge posts after that.
