In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Klaviyo's pricing page bills email by active profiles / send capacity - public entry points often start around $20/month near 500 profiles, with a free tier for very small lists - Confirm the live calculator. SMS/mobile messaging is a separate prepaid spend plan (often with a monthly minimum). Cancel in account Billing → Cancel Plan as Owner/Admin (Klaviyo Help: downgrade/cancel).
You can end at cycle end or immediately. Flows/campaigns may pause on Free limits. Uninstalling integrations does not cancel.
Cancel email and SMS plans separately if both are active.

How to cancel Klaviyo

- Sign in at klaviyo.com as Owner/Admin.
- Open Billing.
- Choose Cancel Plan (email and/or SMS).
- Pick end-of-cycle or immediate, confirm with your account name.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows Free / plans canceled on the chosen date.
- No new Klaviyo plan charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only disconnected Shopify. Klaviyo plan billing may continue.
- Cancelled email but left SMS prepaid on. Cancel SMS too.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Use Owner/Admin.
