In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Customer.io pricing lists Essentials at $100/month (about 5,000 profiles and 1 million emails/month) and Premium from $1,000/month billed yearly. Profile/email overages apply past allotments. Cancel in Account Settings → Plans & Billing (Customer.io Docs).
Pausing campaigns does not cancel the plan.

- Sign in as an account admin.
- Open Account Settings → Plans & Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export people/objects and disable campaigns first if needed.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled / ending after the period.
- No new Customer.io charge posts after that.
