In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Braze pricing is not a public monthly menu — Go / Select / Pro / Enterprise are custom annual packages based on MAU, message credits, and channels (AWS Marketplace packages sometimes list example bundles — Confirm). Cancel or non-renew through your Braze CSM / order form (Braze Docs).
Pausing a Canvas does not end the platform contract.
Billing admin / legal / CSM required. Confirm notice period on the order form.

- Export segments/canvases; confirm final invoice and data retention.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- CSM/contract confirms end date.
- No new Braze platform charge posts after that.
