In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Recurly pricing lists Starter about $249/month plus about 0.9% of billing volume above the first ~$40,000/month included, and All-Access under ~1% of volume with a large annual minimum (about $1M billing-volume framing — Confirm). Non-renew / cancel via Recurly Admin → Billing or your CSM (Recurly Docs).
Deleting one customer subscription does not cancel your Recurly platform fee.
Company admin / contract owner required. Merchant-of-record vs Recurly platform are different.

- Request cancellation / non-renewal before the term ends.
- Export plans/customers; migrate billing before cutover.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Recurly confirms end date / non-renewal.
- No new Recurly platform invoice posts after that.
