Proton Pass price (October 2026) and how to cancel
As of 2026-10-18, Proton Pass pricing lists Pass Plus about $4.99/mo billed monthly or about $2.99/mo when billed annually (~$35.88/yr) — Confirm live. Cancel in account.proton.me → Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription (Manage your Proton subscription).
After cancel, paid features typically run to period end, then the account drops to Free. Uninstalling the Pass app does not cancel.
Proton Unlimited / Duo / Family bundles that include Pass cancel as that bundle plan — check which product appears under Subscription.

How to cancel Proton Pass
In Proton Account
- Sign in at account.proton.me.
- Open Settings → All settings → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Plan stays active until the current period ends.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Proton Pass.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Proton Pass.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled / ending date.
- No new Pass Plus charge after that date.
