Postman price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Postman's pricing page lists Solo about $9/user/month billed annually (higher monthly) and Team about $19/user/month billed annually, with Enterprise custom. Plan names changed in 2026 packaging updates - Confirm your invoice. Cancel as a Team Admin in Postman → Team Settings → Billing → Cancel (Postman Learning Center: billing).
Collections stay until seats lapse. Uninstalling the desktop app does not cancel.

How to cancel Postman
In Postman Billing
- Sign in at postman.com.
- Open Team Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel plan / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export collections if you need offline copies.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows Free / canceled after the period.
- No new Postman seat charge posts after that.

- Only left a workspace. Team billing continues.
