In the US (as of 2026-10-18), PandaDoc pricing lists Starter at $19/user/month billed annually ($35 monthly) and Business at $49/$65 per user/month, plus Enterprise/custom. Cancel in PandaDoc Settings → Billing / Subscription as an admin (PandaDoc Support).
Deleting one document does not cancel seats.
Workspace admin / billing owner required.

How to cancel PandaDoc
In workspace billing
- Sign in as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing / Subscription.
- Cancel the plan or remove paid seats and confirm.
- Export templates/docs first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan/seats show canceled / Free.
- No new PandaDoc charge posts after that.

- Only deleted documents. Seats renew.
- Removed one user but left plan floor. Bill continues.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
