Notion price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Notion pricing lists Free, Plus at $10/user/month billed annually ($12 monthly), Business at $20/$24, and Enterprise custom. Guests are typically free. Cancel or downgrade in Settings → Plans / Billing as a workspace owner (Notion Help).
Leaving a workspace as a member does not cancel the owner’s plan. Notion AI add-ons may be separate — see also our Notion AI guide.

How to cancel Notion
Workspace billing (web)
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Open Settings → Plans / Billing.
- Downgrade to Free or cancel the paid plan and confirm.
- Export pages before losing Plus/Business features.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Notion.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Notion.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled where you were billed.
- No new Notion charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only left as a member. Owner plan renews.
- Canceled web but paid via Apple. IAP continues.
- Left AI add-on. Separate line Possible.
- Deleted the app only. Web renews.
