In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Fireflies pricing / Help lists Pro at $18/user/month (or $10 billed annually) and Business at $29/$19, with Enterprise about $39 yearly. Cancel as Billing Admin in Settings → Billing → Cancel / downgrade (Fireflies Guide: billing).
Downgrades apply next cycle. Uninstalling the meeting bot does not cancel seats.
Only the Billing Admin can change plans. Removing teammates lowers future seats, not the current cycle refund.

- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Remove teammate seats you no longer need.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows Free / canceled after the cycle.
- No new Fireflies seat charge posts after that.
