In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Zoom's Workplace Pro page lists Pro at $16.99/user/month on monthly billing and about $14.16/user/month when billed annually (~$169.90/user/year). Business tiers are higher. "Annual billed monthly" options can still require the remaining annual commitment - read the checkout terms. Cancel as the account owner/admin in Plans and Billing → Plan Management → Cancel Plan (Zoom Support: cancel).
Cancel takes effect at the next renewal; Zoom does not auto-refund unused time. Download cloud recordings first (Zoom deletes them after a retention window). Uninstalling the Zoom app does not cancel.
Only the owner/admin can cancel. If Cancel Plan is grayed out, you may need Zoom sales support or a Virtual Agent cancel flow.

How to cancel Zoom Workplace Pro
As account owner/admin on the web
- Sign in at zoom.us as the owner or billing admin.
- Open Plans and Billing → Plan Management (or Account Management → Billing → Current Plans).
- Cancel add-ons first if prompted.
- Choose Cancel Plan, confirm, and note the end date.
- Download cloud recordings you need (Zoom retains then deletes them on a delay).
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan Management shows the paid plan ending / moving to Basic after renewal.
- No new Zoom Pro charge posts after that date.

Common problems
- Only signed out or uninstalled Zoom. Billing continues.
