In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Crunchyroll Premium costs $9.99/month (Fan), $13.99/month (Mega Fan) or $17.99/month (Ultimate Fan), plus applicable taxes (Crunchyroll Premium; Crunchyroll News, Feb 2, 2026). To cancel when you subscribed on crunchyroll.com, click your profile picture, then Settings > Membership Info > Cancel Subscription, and click No thanks, Finish Cancellation (Crunchyroll Help: How do I cancel my membership?).

You keep Premium perks until the end of the billing period. Deleting the app, logging out or removing your payment method does not cancel.

Check how you are billed first: on crunchyroll.com, open your profile icon > Settings > Membership Info. Amazon Prime Video Channels and The Roku Channel subscribers manage the subscription in that service instead.

How to confirm it worked

You're done when:

  • Membership Info shows the membership ends at the close of the billing period (or the partner's page shows it cancelled).
  • You are not charged on the next billing date.
  • You keep Premium perks until then. If you change your mind, Crunchyroll Help says you can undo the cancellation before the billing cycle ends.

Common problems

  • No cancel option. You may be on another account, billed by Apple, Google or a partner, paying with a gift card (it ends on its own), or have a pending transaction - wait 24 hours, then chat with Crunchyroll Support (Crunchyroll Help).
  • "You may not cancel your membership at this time." Usually a pending transaction; Crunchyroll Support can finish the cancellation.
  • Billed after cancelling. The renewal may have already been processing, or you have another active subscription under a different email or with Apple, Google, Amazon or YouTube (Crunchyroll Help).
  • Deleted the app or logged out. That doesn't cancel.

What we checked

Verified on official Crunchyroll pages (October 18, 2026): $9.99 / $13.99 / $17.99 + tax on Premium; tier names, prices and perks in Crunchyroll News, Feb 2, 2026; web, app and partner cancel paths, access through the billing period, undo before the cycle ends, Google-only pause, no-cancel-option causes, on How do I cancel (last published 9/15/2026); region and payment-method plan variation and Ultimate Fan US availability on membership options; post-cancel billing causes on Still being billed.

Not verified - left out: annual plan prices (the Fan Annual $66.99 was a limited-time offer in February); refund promises; partner store prices.

Pause instead of cancelling

Crunchyroll Help says only subscriptions through Google Play can pause: in the Android app, tap your account > Membership > Manage > your tier > Cancel Subscription > Pause my Subscription. Other payment methods can't pause - cancel and resubscribe later (Crunchyroll Help).

Switching to Crunchyroll billing

If a third party bills you and you want to pay Crunchyroll directly, cancel with the third party, wait for the paid period to end, then resubscribe at crunchyroll.com/premium.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel before my billing period ends?

Yes. You keep Premium perks until the membership expires on the renewal date.

Why is there no cancel button on the website?

You are probably billed by Apple, Google or a partner like Amazon, PlayStation, Roku or YouTube. Cancel there.

Do I need to cancel a gift-card membership?

No. Crunchyroll Help says a gift-card membership with no payment method ends automatically.
