In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Confluence Cloud pricing lists Standard ~$5.42/user/month and Premium ~$10.44/user/month (progressive volume; annual Confirm calculator), plus Free (≤10 users). Billing admin deactivates at admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions → Deactivate (Deactivate a subscription).
Archiving a space does not cancel Confluence.
Needs Billing/Org/Site admin. Export data before deactivation — retention is limited.

- Confirm; access lasts through the current billing period.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows scheduled to deactivate at period end.
- No new Confluence charge posts after that.
