CircleCI price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), CircleCI pricing lists Free with 30,000 credits/month (up to 5 users) and Performance starting at $15/month with the same free credit allotment plus purchasable packs ($15 per 25,000 credits) and extra users at $15/user/mo. Cancel in Organization Settings → Plan Overview (CircleCI Docs).
Unused paid credits may be forfeited on cancel - Confirm Docs. Uninstalling the orb/CLI does not cancel.
Org admin required. Stop scheduled pipelines before cancel if you want usage to end immediately.

How to cancel CircleCI
In Plan Overview
- Sign in at app.circleci.com as an admin.
- Open Organization Settings → Plan Overview.
- Cancel the Performance plan / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Disable projects if you also want builds to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new CircleCI credit-pack charge posts after that.
