In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Whimsical pricing lists Pro at $10/editor/month billed annually ($12 monthly) and Business at $20/editor/month yearly; Free is $0 with limits. Viewers are free. Cancel in Billing → Manage plan → Cancel plan (Cancel Help).
Deleting a board does not cancel editor seats.
Workspace billing admin required.

How to cancel Whimsical
Billing
- Sign in as a billing admin.
- Open Billing → Manage plan.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
- Files remain; workspace falls to Free after the paid end.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceling / Free after the end date.
- No new Whimsical charge posts after that.
