Webex price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Webex Meet pricing lists Webex Meet $144/license/year ($12/license/mo) and Webex Suite (Meet + Call) $270/license/year ($22.50/license/mo), plus Free. Admin cancels in Account Management → Billing → Cancel Webex subscription (Cancel your Webex subscription).
Ending a meeting does not cancel licenses.
Partner/CCE purchases cancel via partner or Cisco Commerce — not the self-serve portal.

How to cancel Webex
Self-serve webex.com
- Sign in to Account Management as admin.
- Go to Billing → Billing Information.
- Click Cancel Webex subscription → Continue → Submit.
- Use paid features until the cycle ends; Undo downgrade possible mid-cycle.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Confirmation email received; plan expires to Free at period end.
- No new Webex charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Bought via partner/CCE. Must use partner/Cisco Commerce path.
- Not admin. Cancel missing.
- Only left meetings. Licenses renew.
