In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Tidio pricing lists Starter about $29/month (about $24.17 yearly) for 100 billable conversations, and Growth from about $59/$49.17 (250+ conversations). Lyro AI and Flows are separate add-ons. Cancel in Settings → Billing (Tidio Help).
Seats (10) are included on Free/Starter/Growth. Uninstalling the widget does not cancel.

How to cancel Tidio
In Billing settings
- Sign in at www.tidio.com as the owner.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Cancel Lyro/Flows add-ons separately if needed.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Tidio charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only removed the chat widget. Plan renews.
- Left Lyro on. AI add-on fees continue.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
