In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Crisp pricing lists Mini at $45/workspace/month, Essentials at $95, and Plus at $295, with included seats (extra agents about $10/mo). Conversations are unlimited on listed plans. Cancel in Settings → Workspace → Subscription / Billing (Crisp Help).
Export conversations before you lose access. Uninstalling the widget does not cancel.

How to cancel Crisp
In Workspace billing
- Sign in at app.crisp.chat as the owner.
- Open Settings → Workspace → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export chat history first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Crisp charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only removed one website. Workspace plan continues.
- Left extra agents on. Seat fees possible.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need owner role.
- Only deleted the chat widget. Billing continues.
