In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Strapi Cloud pricing lists Starter at $35/project/month, Pro at $90/project/month, and Business at $450/project/month (taxes extra; yearly may save ~17% — Confirm). Free Cloud projects were removed for new signups in 2026. Cancel in Strapi Cloud → Project / Billing (Strapi Support).
Self-hosted Community has no Cloud bill. Deleting one entry does not cancel the Cloud project.
Project owner / billing admin required. Billing is per Cloud project.

How to cancel Strapi Cloud
Per Cloud project
- Sign in to Strapi Cloud as the owner.
- Open the project → Billing / Plan.
- Cancel / delete the project and confirm.
- Repeat for every paid Cloud project; export content first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Projects show canceled / deleted.
- No new Strapi Cloud charge posts after that.

- Only deleted content types. Project plan continues.
- Left another project paid. Separate bills.
- Canceled Cloud but left CMS Growth. Separate license.
