In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Contentful pricing lists Free at $0 (Starter Space, usage caps) and Lite at $300/month, with Premium custom. Cancel / change plan in Organization settings → Billing (Contentful Help).
Export content before you lose paid Space capacity. Removing the delivery SDK does not cancel.
Organization owner / billing admin required.

How to cancel Contentful
In Organization billing
- Sign in as an organization owner.
- Open Organization settings → Billing.
- Cancel Lite / Premium or downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export entries and assets first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Contentful charge posts after that.

- Only deleted one Space. Org subscription may continue.
- Left an extra Lite Space. Separate fees.
