In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Smartsheet's pricing page lists Pro at $9/Member/month billed annually (or $12 monthly) and Business at $19/$24, with Enterprise custom. Only Members are billed; Contributors/Guests can be free. Cancel as a System Admin in Account → Billing / Admin Center (Smartsheet Help: cancel account — search Cancel).
Annual terms often run to period end. Export sheets before you lose Member access.

- Export critical sheets first.

You're done when:
- Billing shows the plan ending at term end.
- No new Smartsheet Member charge posts after that.
