In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Twilio SendGrid Email API pricing lists Essentials from $19.95/month (50k emails) and Pro from $89.95/month (100k, dedicated IP). Marketing Campaigns is a separate subscription. Cancel in Settings → Billing (SendGrid Docs).
Overage emails bill beyond the plan allotment. Uninstalling SDKs does not cancel.

How to cancel SendGrid
In Billing settings
- Sign in to app.sendgrid.com or Twilio Console.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade the Email API plan (and Marketing if separate).
- Rotate API keys after cancel if the account is closing.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled / free trial ended.
- No new SendGrid subscription charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only rotated one API key. Plan renews.
- Left Marketing Campaigns on. Separate bill possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need billing role.
- Only deleted the SDK. Billing continues.
