In the US (as of 2026-10-18), MailerLite pricing lists Comfort starting at $12/month, Power starting at $25/month (annual billing saves about 10%), and Free up to 250 subscribers. Prices scale with subscriber count. Cancel / downgrade in Billing and Plan (plan & billing Help).
Export subscribers before you lose paid features. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Account owner required. Downgrades usually apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

How to cancel MailerLite

- Sign in at dashboard.mailerlite.com.
- Open Billing and Plan.
- Choose Cancel / switch to Free and confirm.
- Export subscribers and campaigns first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new MailerLite charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deleted one campaign. Plan renews.
- List auto-upgraded tiers. Higher subscriber bands charge more.
- Switched annual→monthly mid-term. Change waits until annual ends.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
