In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Salesloft pricing is talk-to-sales — no durable public rate card; third parties often cite about $125–$165/user/month before dialer/CI add-ons (Confirm quote). Cancel via Account Cancellation Help / your CSM (Salesloft: Account Cancellation); MSA fees are often non-refundable mid-term.
Pausing a Cadence does not cancel seats.

- Get written confirmation of the end date and final invoice.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Salesloft confirms cancellation / non-renewal.
- No new Salesloft charge posts after that.
