Drift (Salesloft) price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Drift is no longer sold as a new product — Salesloft is sunsetting Drift (access commonly through your contract end or about January 31, 2027, whichever is earlier — Confirm FAQ). Legacy Premium was last publicly framed around $2,500/month billed annually; Advanced/Enterprise were quote-only. Non-renew with written notice to your Salesloft/Drift CSM per the order form (often ≥30 days before renewal) (Salesloft Drift Terms; help.salesloft.com).
Turning off a playbook does not cancel the contract.
Billing admin / legal / CSM required. Export chat data before access ends.

How to cancel / non-renew Drift
Contract path
- Find the Order Form renewal date and notice address.
- Email your CSM / AE with written non-renewal (company, order #, renew date).
- Get written acknowledgment; export conversations/contacts.
- Monitor the card for charges after the end date.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Salesloft confirms non-renewal / end date in writing.
- No new Drift/Salesloft Drift line posts after that.
