In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Pingdom pricing commonly lists Synthetic Monitoring from about $18/month (about 10 uptime checks), with larger packs about $78 / $149 / higher — Confirm slider. Cancel in Account → Subscription / Billing (Pingdom Support).
Deleting one check does not cancel the subscription.
Account owner required. SolarWinds may appear on the statement.

How to cancel Pingdom
In Subscription settings
- Sign in at my.pingdom.com as the owner.
- Open Account → Subscription (or Billing).
- Cancel the plan and confirm.
- Delete checks if you also want monitoring to stop immediately.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled / ending.
- No new Pingdom charge posts after that.

- Only paused one check. Plan renews.
- Left RUM on. Separate product fees.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only muted alerts. Billing continues.
