How to cancel New Relic
Downgrade users then cancel
- Sign in as a billing admin.
- Remove paid full-platform users you no longer need.
- Open Administration → Billing.
- Cancel Pro / revert to Free and confirm.
- Uninstall agents if you also want ingest to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Account shows Free / canceled paid users.
- No new New Relic Pro invoice posts after that.
