As of 2026-10-18, Mux pricing lists Free, pay-as-you-go (usage), Launch $20/month for $100 credit, Scale $500/month for $1,000 credit, plus Enterprise. Cancel prepaid/billing in the Mux Dashboard under Billing & Payments (admin).
Deleting an asset does not cancel a prepaid Launch/Scale subscription.
Enterprise/custom orders may need 60-day notice — Confirm Mux Terms.

- Sign in at dashboard.mux.com.
- Open Billing & Payments.
- Cancel or turn off auto-renew for Launch/Scale.
- Reduce usage if on PAYG to stop variable charges.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows canceled / Free/PAYG only.
- No new Mux prepaid subscription charge posts.
