Hasura Cloud price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Hasura Cloud plans list Free at $0 (limits on projects/requests/passthrough) and Professional usage-based from about $1.50/active-hour for generic Postgres (advanced DBs about $3.00/active-hour) plus ~$0.13/GB data passthrough. Enterprise is commit-based. Cancel or delete projects in Hasura Cloud Console → Project settings / Billing (Hasura Docs).
Self-hosted CE has no Cloud bill. Pausing traffic lowers active hours but does not always cancel the project.
Project owner required. Billing is per project active hours.

How to cancel Hasura Cloud
Per project
- Sign in to Hasura Cloud as the owner.
- Open Project → Settings / Billing.
- Cancel Professional / delete the project and confirm.
- Repeat for every paid project; export metadata first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Projects show Free / deleted.
- No new Hasura Cloud charge posts after that.

- Only removed a database. Project may still meter active hours.
- Left another project paid. Separate bills.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
