In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Appwrite pricing and plan docs list Free, Pro about $25/project/month (extra projects often lower — Confirm), and regional Start from about $10/month, plus usage/database compute add-ons. Cancel or downgrade in Organization → Billing (Appwrite Docs).
Self-hosted OSS has no Cloud bill. Deleting one database does not cancel Pro alone.

How to cancel Appwrite Cloud
In Organization billing
- Sign in as an organization owner.
- Open Organization → Billing.
- Cancel Pro / switch to Free and confirm.
- Export data; delete unused projects if you also want resources gone.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Appwrite Cloud charge posts after that.

- Only deleted a project resource. Org Pro may continue.
