In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Grafana pricing lists Free at $0, Pro from $19/month plus usage (metrics/logs/traces/users over Free allowances), and Enterprise from about $25,000/year spend commit. Cancel or downgrade in Grafana Cloud Portal → Organization → Billing / Subscription (Grafana Cloud Docs).
Deleting one dashboard does not stop the Pro platform fee or usage meters.

In org billing
- Sign in as an org admin.
- Open Organization → Billing / Subscription.
- Cancel Pro / switch to Free and confirm.
- Stop shipping telemetry if you also want usage to drop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Grafana Cloud charge posts after that.
