In the US (as of 2026-10-18), GoodRx Support lists Individual Gold at $9.99/month or $89.99/year and Family at $19.99/month or $179.99/year. Cancel in the GoodRx app (Account → Gold Membership → Cancel) or on goodrx.com/gold Account → Gold Membership (GoodRx Support: cancel).
Cancel at least one day before renewal. Annual plans generally keep benefits through the term without prorated refund (refund window may apply within ~2 weeks of annual charge). Medication payments are not refundable via Gold cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
