In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Freshdesk pricing lists Growth about $19/agent/month paid yearly (higher monthly), Pro about $55, and Enterprise about $89, with Freddy AI add-ons extra. Cancel as an account admin in Admin → Account → Billing → Cancel (Freshdesk Support: subscription).
Export tickets before you lose access. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.

- Open Account → Bills / Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription / contact billing as prompted.
- Export ticket data first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending.
- No new Freshdesk agent charge posts after that.
