In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Contentstack pricing lists Free at $0, Build at $29/month, Growth at $299/month (extra users about $25/user/month), and Enterprise custom. Cancel in Contentstack Account → Organization / Billing (Contentstack Docs).
Deleting one entry does not cancel Build/Growth.
Organization owner / admin required.

How to cancel Contentstack
In org billing
- Sign in as an org owner.
- Open Organization → Billing / Plan.
- Cancel Build/Growth or switch to Free and confirm.
- Export stacks first; repeat for every paid org.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Contentstack charge posts after that.

- Only deleted entries. Plan renews.
- Left another stack paid. Separate bills.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only revoked a delivery token. Billing continues.
