In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Chorus by ZoomInfo has no public list menu (Chorus pricing is quote-led). Seats are commonly bundled on ZoomInfo order forms. Non-renew through your ZoomInfo / Chorus CSM per the Order Form (ZoomInfo Help).
Turning off a recorder does not cancel seats.
