Canva Pro price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Canva sells Canva Pro for one person on canva.com/pricing - confirm today's US dollar amount there (our checks loaded regional currency, so we do not hard-code a USD price). To cancel a Canva-billed plan: profile menu > Settings > Billing > Cancel plan > Continue cancellation > Cancel subscription (Canva Help: Cancel a Canva plan).
You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Designs stay on Canva Free. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play or PayPal, cancel on that platform - Canva cannot cancel store/PayPal billing from Billing.
Uninstalling the mobile app does not cancel. Canva Help also offers pausing Pro/Teams/Business for up to 3 months instead of cancelling.

How to cancel Canva Pro
If Canva bills you
- Sign in at canva.com on the account (or team) with Pro.
- Open your account profile menu and select Settings.
- Go to Billing (or Contract period in Japan).
- On your plan, select Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation.
- Choose a reason, optionally leave feedback, then select Cancel subscription.
- Keep the confirmation email.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Canva.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
- Uninstalling the Canva app does not cancel the App Store subscription.
If Google Play bills you
- On Android, open the Google Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find Canva and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts.
If PayPal bills you
- Sign in at paypal.com > Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments.
- Find Canva, select Cancel, and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- You received Canva's confirmation email (Canva-billed), or the store/PayPal shows the subscription canceled.
- Paid features remain only until the end of the current billing period.

Common problems
- Can't cancel in Canva Billing. Wrong account/team, or you are billed by Apple/Google/PayPal - cancel there.
- Still charged after cancel. Confirm the platform; check other email accounts; check PayPal automatic payments; contact Canva with order details.
- You only uninstalled the app. That does not cancel store billing.
- Teams cancel is permanent. Help: cancelling Canva Teams cannot be resubscribed as Teams - consider Business if you may need a team later.

What happens to designs
Help: all designs remain accessible on Canva Free; the account stays active. Premium elements may need replacing once Pro ends. Download exports you need before the period ends.
