Toggl Track price (October 2026) and how to cancel

In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Toggl pricing lists Starter at $9/user/month billed annually (about $12 monthly) and Premium at $16/$24. You are billed for licenses (including vacant ones) not only active users. Cancel in Organization → Subscription (Toggl Support).
Export reports before seats lapse. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Organization admin required. Remove vacant licenses before renewal if you are shrinking.

How to cancel Toggl Track
In Subscription settings
- Sign in at track.toggl.com as an admin.
- Open Organization → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Remove vacant licenses you no longer need.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Toggl seat charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deactivated a user. Vacant license can still bill.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need org permissions.
- Left add-ons on. Extra fees possible.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
