Strava subscription price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Strava's pricing page lists $11.99/month or $79.99/year, Family at $139.99/year, and Strava + Runna at $149.99/year (plus tax). To cancel a web purchase, go to Settings → My Account → Cancel Subscription; in the apps, open Your Strava Subscription → Manage Your Subscription (or cancel in Apple/Google directly) (How do I Cancel my Subscription?).
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep subscription features until the current term ends; activities and data stay. Web purchases may qualify for a full refund within 14 days; after that Strava says subscriptions are non-refundable. Apple/Google refunds are handled by those stores.
Turning off auto-renew does not delete your activities. You only lose paid features after the paid term ends.

How to cancel Strava
If strava.com bills you
- Log in on strava.com.
- Open your profile picture → Settings → My Account → Cancel Subscription.
- Finish more than 24 hours before renewal.
- Note the subscription end date.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Strava.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Strava.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Account or store shows the subscription ending / not renewing.
- You cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Activities remain; paid features end at term end.

Common problems
- Cancelled within 24 hours of renewal. Help: auto-renew may still process.
- Expected a refund after day 14 on web. Strava: non-refundable after 14 days.
- Asked Strava to refund an App Store charge. Apple decides those.

Family and Strava + Runna are annual SKUs on the pricing page - cancel on the same platform that billed the bundle.
After cancel
Uploaded activities remain. You lose subscription-only features at term end.

Will my rides be deleted?
No. Strava Help: canceling does not delete uploaded activities or data.
Can I get a refund?
Web: maybe within 14 days via Support. Apple/Google: ask those stores, usually within their own windows.
