In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Sprout Social pricing lists annual Essentials $79, Standard $199, Professional $299, and Advanced $399 per seat/month (Enterprise custom). Account Owner cancels via Account and Settings → Billing → Deactivate (Cancel Help).
Removing a profile does not cancel seats.

How to cancel Sprout Social
Billing Deactivate
- Sign in as the Account Owner.
- Open Account and Settings → Billing.
- Choose Deactivate and complete the cancel flow.
- Access lasts through the current term.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Account shows deactivated / ending.
- No new Sprout charge posts after that.
