Cancel: Billing → Subscriptions → Cancel subscription (Manage a paid subscription).
Removing a slide does not cancel seats.

- Go to Subscriptions.
- Choose Cancel subscription and pick a reason.
- Confirm; use paid features until the cycle ends.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled ending this cycle.
- No new Pitch charge posts after that.
